A business analyst provides solutions to business problems and optimizes business practices through comprehensive analysis and research. Internally, a business analyst identifies issues that might hamper the progress of the company, devises new business schemes to overcome current obstacles, and looks for opportunities to expand the company’s business spheres.

To assist his or her work, the business analyst will be mentored directly by an extensively experienced business consultant.

The main tasks of an IT engineer are to review, optimize, and supervise the IT aspects of projects, including proposal, execution, and report. An IT engineer should be able to  anticipate the potential conflicts and changes in project timelines.

To assist his or her work, the IT engineer will be mentored directly by an extensively experienced project manager.

The main task of a project engineer is to optimize the project implementation processes. A project engineer is responsible for configuring and developing dynamic, comprehensive project implementation methods and processes that address all stakeholders’ needs. In addition, a project engineer should be able to anticipate the potential conflicts and changes in project  timelines.
